Job Summary:

Construct, assemble, and build Heat Exchangers.


Responsibilities:

Position Summary:

The CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, responsible for the financial stewardship of the company during a period of rapid expansion. • Develop and execute financial strategy to support expansion into the data center sector, including project finance, capital investment planning, and ROI modeling.

• Oversee all accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and compliance functions.

• Provide financial and operational insights to drive profitability, product line performance, and market prioritization.

• Partner with business development and operations teams to evaluate and price large-scale data center projects and long-term customer agreements.

• Assess and manage risk related to rapid scaling, including working capital, global supply chains, and construction timelines.

• Build and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team to meet current needs and future scale.

• Guide system and process improvements to support visibility, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred).

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within industrial manufacturing, capital equipment, or infrastructure-related industries.

• Direct experience with project-based businesses, especially in data center construction, energy, or mission-critical infrastructure markets, is strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to align financial strategies with operational growth, especially in emerging verticals.

• Experience in private equity-backed or mid-market companies undergoing transformation or rapid scale is a plus.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.


Supervisor Responsibility:

This position has supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment:

This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role uses standard office equipment. When in the manufacturing facility, all employees are required to wear personal protective equipment to include/hearing protection, and safety glasses with side shields, and OSHA compliant safety boots/shoes.

While preforming duties of this job, the person in this position might remain stationary for long periods of time, while operating a computer and other office machinery. This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access filing cabinets and operate office machinery.

Responsibilities:

Overview:

Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking an experienced HC Assembly Supervisor to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing large, air-cooled heat exchanger products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications. Supervising material flow, assembly and testing of heat exchanger bundle and final assembly.


Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the department employees. Provide information and guidance to maximize the potential of each employee.

• Manage the work orders load paying attention to the schedule.

• Participate in the assembly of coolers, signs into the labor app to record jobs daily.

• Safely build heat exchangers using general shop tools.

• Supervise assembly of heat exchanger bundles including bundle layout, tubing, rolling and hydrostatic testing.

• Supervise final assembly and testing of heat exchanger including bundle, structural components and drive components (motors and props).

• Must read and interpret instructions and diagrams (blueprints).

• Ensure the product is built to the quality standard set by the company.

• Follow company policies and safety programs

• Balance labor for employees in each department.

• Communicate with shop manager when write ups are necessary.

• Ensure employees are punching in and out of ERP system correctly, they are logging into the different jobs correctly, and ensure they are logging rework when required.

• Schedule department overtime hours.

• Communicate with the Department Leads they have everything they need to complete the work schedule.

• Wok with Engineering/QC departments when changes may be needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Overview:

The Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components used in industrial equipment manufacturing, specifically for high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers. This role requires proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques, along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise assembly. The Welder must maintain high-quality standards and adhere to safety protocols while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welding and Fabrication:

  • Weld carbon steel and stainless-steel components, including:
    • Tube to Plate
    • Plate to Plate
    • Pipe to Plate
    • General structural steel components.
  • Operate MIG and TIG welding equipment proficiently.
  • Ensure proper setup of welding machines and tools before initiating work.
  • Maintain proper welding certifications and perform pressure testing on completed units.
  • Conduct welding repairs as needed while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Quality Control and Inspection:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to ensure welding accuracy.
  • Conduct visual inspections and pressure testing to confirm structural integrity.
  • Work closely with quality control personnel to address any defects or non-conformance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME and other industry welding standards.

Maintenance and Equipment Care:

  • Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding machinery.
  • Follow all company policies and adhere to safety programs, including PPE usage and hazard awareness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent safety hazards.

Production and Collaboration:

  • Follow production schedules and report work progress to supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Prior ASME welding experience required.

Job Overview:

This dual-role position is responsible for managing and handling all warehouse materials and inventory as a Material Handler and performing local pickups and deliveries using a company-provided 1-ton truck and 30-foot gooseneck trailer. The ideal candidate ensures a stable flow of materials in the supply chain and reliable, timely delivery of goods to local destinations.


Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling Duties:

  • Move all received materials to designated kit or warehouse locations—both physically and via system entry (Glovia).
  • Complete kits by pulling items listed on pick lists or BOMs; assign kit bay locations for storage.
  • Provide kits, raw, and consumable materials to production to support manufacturing.
  • Perform all necessary Glovia transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Communicate any inventory or material issues to the Warehouse Manager.


Local Pickup and Delivery Duties:

  • Safely operate a 1-ton truck and 30-foot gooseneck trailer for local deliveries and pickups.
  • Load and secure materials for transport in compliance with DOT and safety standards.
  • Maintain delivery schedule and ensure on-time pickup deliveries to customer and vendor locations.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation for pickups and deliveries, including bills of lading and delivery receipts.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior material handling experience desired.
  • Experience operating a 1-ton truck with a gooseneck trailer required.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (preferably Glovia).
  • Strong understanding of safety practices in warehouse and transportation settings.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift Operator Certificate required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) highly preferred.


Physical Requirements:

  • You must be able to lift and move heavy materials and packages.
  • Must be capable of securing loads and performing physical tasks associated with deliveries.
