Job Overview:
The Document Control Coordinator is responsible for the administration and maintenance of controlled documents in a manufacturing environment. This includes ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards (such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485), and regulatory requirements. The coordinator works closely with departments such as Quality Assurance, Production, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs to support document workflows and maintain documentation accuracy throughout the document lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control manufacturing documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, batch records, specifications, quality manuals, and equipment logs.
- Coordinate document change control processes including creation, review, revision, and approval routing.
- Ensure that only current, approved versions of documents are in use on the production floor and that obsolete documents are archived properly.
- Manage document databases and electronic document management systems (EDMS) to track version control, approvals, and distribution.
- Assist with the preparation and formatting of controlled documents and templates in compliance with internal and external standards.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring timely retrieval and presentation of accurate documentation.
- Work closely with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to implement continuous improvements in documentation practices.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on document control procedures and systems.
- Conduct periodic audits of document control systems and practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, associate’s degree or higher in Business, Quality, or a technical field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a document control or administrative role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or cGMP.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document control software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based within a manufacturing facility.
- May require occasional access to production areas.

Job Overview:
The Front Office & Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the front desk while supporting the customer service and sales operations teams. This dual role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls and ensures efficient handling of customer orders, logistics coordination, and administrative support related to standard product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Office Support:
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and messages.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and lobby area.
- Manage conference room calendars and assist with internal meeting coordination.
- Provide general administrative support including scanning, data entry, filing, and supply inventory management.
Customer Service & Order Support:
- Enter customer orders into the ERP system (e.g., Glovia) within 48 hours of receipt from the sales or engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate shipping instructions, customer addresses, and internal packaging requirements; coordinate with the shop floor as needed.
- Ensure ship dates, budgeted material estimates, and labor hours are up to date for all active orders.
- Track project delivery status and communicate updates to the internal sales and engineering teams.
- Coordinate freight logistics for shipments with shipping and communicate costs and revenue to the accounting department when required.
- Handle standard spare parts requests and support engineering/sales with related customer inquiries.
- Manage pricing and proposal documents for standard/stocked products (including IC/EC and brazed aluminum lines), working closely with the VP of Sales.
- Review and update cost and pricing structures quarterly in coordination with sales and purchasing.
- Prepare and distribute order acknowledgments and assist in generating customer invoices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, front office, or administrative roles; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (e.g., Glovia) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Job Overview:
The Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components used in industrial equipment manufacturing, specifically for high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers. This role requires proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques, along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise assembly. The Welder must maintain high-quality standards and adhere to safety protocols while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welding and Fabrication:
- Weld carbon steel and stainless-steel components, including:
- Tube to Plate
- Plate to Plate
- Pipe to Plate
- General structural steel components.
- Operate MIG and TIG welding equipment proficiently.
- Ensure proper setup of welding machines and tools before initiating work.
- Maintain proper welding certifications and perform pressure testing on completed units.
- Conduct welding repairs as needed while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Quality Control and Inspection:
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to ensure welding accuracy.
- Conduct visual inspections and pressure testing to confirm structural integrity.
- Work closely with quality control personnel to address any defects or non-conformance issues.
- Ensure compliance with ASME and other industry welding standards.
Maintenance and Equipment Care:
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding machinery.

Production and Collaboration:

- Prior ASME welding experience required.

- 4/10 Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm

Job Overview:
This dual-role position is responsible for managing and handling all warehouse materials and inventory as a Material Handler and performing local pickups and deliveries using a company-provided 1-ton truck and 30-foot gooseneck trailer. The ideal candidate ensures a stable flow of materials in the supply chain and reliable, timely delivery of goods to local destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling Duties:
- Move all received materials to designated kit or warehouse locations—both physically and via system entry (Glovia).
- Complete kits by pulling items listed on pick lists or BOMs; assign kit bay locations for storage.
- Provide kits, raw, and consumable materials to production to support manufacturing.
- Perform all necessary Glovia transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Communicate any inventory or material issues to the Warehouse Manager.
Local Pickup and Delivery Duties:
- Safely operate a 1-ton truck and 30-foot gooseneck trailer for local deliveries and pickups.
- Load and secure materials for transport in compliance with DOT and safety standards.
- Maintain delivery schedule and ensure on-time pickup deliveries to customer and vendor locations.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Maintain proper documentation for pickups and deliveries, including bills of lading and delivery receipts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior material handling experience desired.
- Experience operating a 1-ton truck with a gooseneck trailer required.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (preferably Glovia).
- Strong understanding of safety practices in warehouse and transportation settings.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift Operator Certificate required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Clean driving record required.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) highly preferred.

The Senior Buyer works closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain strong relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet production and operational requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance.
