Overview:
Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions for Hayden Industrial and Hydraulics Technology. Assists the Accounting Manager in the operations of accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AP including customer vendors relationship for Hayden and Hydraulics Technology (HTI).
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approvals. Match invoices to purchase orders. Research and resolve any differences.
- Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.
- Code documents according to company procedures and vouch invoices in accounting software.
- Process invoices for payment, issue and mail checks or submit requests for wire transfer in a timely fashion.
- Audit and process credit card bills, employee expense reports, health insurance bills, and utility bills.
- Ensure adherence to company policy and procedures in all accounts payable functions. Assist other departments to understand and comply with the company policies and procedures.
- Respond to all vendors’ inquiries.
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies. Maintain accurate information on the accounts payable and Unvouched Receipts general ledger accounts.
- Administer and reconcile petty cash fund.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting principles.
- Scan all documents onto accounting drive for Hayden and HTI.
- Preparation and issuance of 1099’s.
- Assist with special projects and/or administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
- Assist in greeting the public in person and on the phone in an appropriate and courteous manner. Forward phone calls appropriately.
- Sorts and distributes mail.
- Assist Production Manager with data processing of Physical Inventory tags.
- Provide support for AP Clerk by keying invoices & cross training.
- Prepare check run file to ensure all invoices are paid promptly and subsequently issue corresponding checks.
- Record credit card payments and wire payments.
Education and Experience:
- Four-year college degree is preferred.
- High school diploma plus required experience and special skills will be accepted.
- Four years or more Accounts Payable experience.
- Attention to fine detail and accuracy.
Supervisor Responsibility:
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
The Accounts Payable Specialist position is primarily based in an office environment, with tasks typically performed at a desk or workstation. The role requires extended periods of sitting, frequent use of office equipment, and repetitive motions such as typing and using a mouse. Occasional lifting of office supplies or files (up to 25 pounds) may also be required.

Overview:

This position is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing large, air-cooled heat exchanger products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications. Supervising material flow, assembly and testing of heat exchanger bundle and final assembly.

Overview:

The Assembly Team Lead will oversee daily operations of the assembly teams responsible for completing and finalizing heat exchanger bundles and related components. This role ensures that all assembly activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to engineering drawings, quality standards, and production schedules. The Team Lead acts as the primary point of contact between production staff, quality assurance, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the Final Assembly and Bundle Assembly teams to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and provide on-the-job training and guidance to assembly technicians.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and engineering specifications.
- Interpret and communicate blueprints, work instructions, and bill of materials to assembly personnel.
- Verify assembly alignment, fit, and torque requirements for tube bundles, frames, and final product configurations.
- Oversee installation of finned tubes, tube sheets, headers, gaskets, and other components as part of the final build process.
- Inspect and sign off on completed assemblies prior to quality control review or shipment.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Logistics departments to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
- Maintain accurate production records, time tracking, and material usage reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Braze copper tube and pipe to form the header on the heat exchanger.
- Braze required copper fittings onto header.
- Maintain proper torch and braze rod technique.
- Maintain proper braze certification (ASME).
- Pressure test units.

Overview:
As a Designer at Hayden Industrial, you will be responsible for responsible for creating 3D CAD models and piece part drawings using Inventor.
Key Responsibilities:

- The designer will need to be able to create complete solid models with pre‐assigned part numbers. The designer will try to utilize existing parts but if they do not exist, a new part number will need to be created.
- Pride with modeling accuracy and drawing detailing is critical. This includes proper mating, constraints, and modeling consistency.
- Able to communicate realistic due dates for project completion.
- Complete 3D model with all parts pre-assigned and fully detailed in case the project needs to be reassigned.
- Prepare approval drawings in a standardized format for the customer’s review.
- Prepare piece part drawings of the entire assembly after project approval.
- Prepare accurate Bill of Materials for the project both on the drawings and in EPR system.
- Complete release sheets so projects can be released to the shop.
- Correct errors when requested.

- Associate’s degree in Drafting or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 5+ years’ drafting/design experience.
- Previous experience with Inventor preferred.
- Previous experience with Heat Exchangers preferred.

The IT Technician will provide frontline technical support for computer systems, networks, and end users. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and updates
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory, email, and business systems
- Set up new employees’ equipment and assist with offboarding IT access
- Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff or vendors as needed
- Assist with routine system maintenance, backups, and security practices
- Support basic cybersecurity measures (patching, antivirus, MFA support)

Education and Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the lead developer on both hardware-integrated and software-driven projects.
- Develop and maintain internal applications that support company operations.
- Write, test, and deploy code for systems that interface with embedded devices, sensors, and industrial hardware.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing software systems and infrastructure.
- Assist with IT operations, system administration, and integration of new technologies as needed.
- Participate in design discussions, code revies, and documentation efforts.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with at least one programming language (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, Python, C/C++).
- Understanding of networking, APIs, and software-to-hardware communication concepts.

Overview:
Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE). In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all purchased materials, components, and outsourced fabrication services used in the production of Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers meet company quality requirements, industry standards, and ASME/API customer specifications. This role proactively manages supplier performance, conducts audits, resolves quality issues, and drives continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Qualification & Development
- Evaluate and approve new suppliers, ensuring compliance with ASME Section VIII, API 661, API 660, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Conduct supplier audits (process, product, and quality system audits) and create follow-up action plans.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics (PPM, OTD, NCR trends) and lead supplier improvement initiatives.
Incoming Material & Fabrication Quality Assurance
- Review supplier documentation including MTRs, weld procedures (WPS/PQR), NDE reports, dimensional reports, coatings certifications, and pressure test records.
- Ensure supplied materials (tubes, fins, headers, structural steel, fans, gearboxes, motors) meet technical and mechanical specifications required for ACHE manufacturing.
- Support receiving inspection activities and establishing inspection plans for critical components.
Nonconformance Management & Corrective Actions
- Lead root cause analyses using 5-Why, Fishbone/Ishikawa, and other problem-solving tools.
- Issue and manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and production to disposition nonconforming materials.
Product and Process Quality Support
- Participate in design reviews, supplier kick-off meetings, and pre-production or pre-inspection meetings.
- Support qualification of special processes (welding, brazing, NDE, coatings, machining).
- Review and approve supplier ITPs, QCPs, WPS/PQR, NDE procedures, coating procedures, and testing plans.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure supplier documentation packages (CMTRs, hydrostatic test records, coating DFT reports, weld maps, NDE reports) comply with project and code requirements.
- Support customer or third-party inspections at supplier facilities (TPI, AI for ASME work).
- Maintain supplier quality records and contribute to internal and external audit activities.

Education and Experience:

- Experience with welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, SAW) and ability to interpret WPS/PQR/Welder qualifications.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, BOMs, ITPs, and material specifications.
- Strong understanding of metallurgy, coatings, heat treatment, pressure testing, and fabrication processes.
- Proficient with root-cause analysis tools and quality management systems (ISO 9001).
