Job Summary:

The Director of Business Development - Data Center will be responsible for leading Hayden Industrial's expansion into the data center market. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, relationship building, leading sales effort, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the data center industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, and will use this knowledge to position Hayden Industrial as a preferred partner for data center heat exchangers & Immersion systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the data center market.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand the competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the data center industry, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to tailor Hayden's heat exchanger solutions to the specific needs of the data center market.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with data center clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
• Represent Hayden Industrial at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to promote our products and capabilities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns for the data center market.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on market trends, competitive developments, and business performance.
