Condensers
Full and partial condensers for steam, common gases and unique gases
Custom engineered to your specs
Designed to fit your footprint, your code and your needs
For a condenser to work in your facility, it needs to mesh with your production line — valve headers have to match, footprints can’t impede other equipment and specs related to proprietary processes must be accounted for. Hayden’s engineers can meet any requirements, no matter how small the details may seem.

Full condensers for large installations using a working fluid
For large-scale applications like geothermal sites and other renewable energy projects, continuous full condensers function as part of the vapor compression cycle. To accommodate that need, our engineers can design multi-bay systems where each bay measure up to 16 feet wide by 60 feet long.

Partial condensers for chemical processing
To change the composition of a gas, a partial condenser can remove certain components from the mix. This leaves you with either a lighter or a chemically different product that’s ready for the market or for continued processing.

Strict material control for sour gas
Robust components and careful material control protects condensers from unique gas chemistries that may be caustic or reactive with certain metals.
