At Hayden Industrial Products, while we offer a variety of catalog items, we specialize in custom engineering – designing a product to fit your exact size and cooling requirements. Our engineers and designers use advanced 3D modeling CAD software to design your coolers in the most efficient and thorough fashion.

Proposals: We present you with performance data for review and approval.

Engineering: Our engineers and designers use 3D CAD tools to refine the core configuration to assure proper fit, function, and performance. We can provide you with drawings in any of the popular file formats.

In-house Prototype Fabrication: When design is confirmed, prototypes are built in Hayden's Corona facility prototype shop.

Testing

Our manufacturing process employs lean-manufacturing techniques to allow us to provide quick turn-around and assures on-time delivery of your coolers.

Quality Assurance

Quality assurance plays a key role in our manufacturing process. We pressure-test our units to 300 PSI to ensure structurally sound, leak-free products. We are also equipped to verify cleanliness levels that exceed API 614 standards to levels beyond ISO 14/12. Hayden Industrial Products has been certified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) to manufacture and repair boiler and pressure vessels according to the provisions of the ASME Code. This capability, when integrated with the other Hayden Industrial Products performance features, results in a unique product capability with benefits that can be utilized in safety-critical applications such as the petrochemical and power generation markets.
