A Temp-Troller® Hundred Series heat exchanger offers:

• Fin Cool® design featuring our patented SwirlFlow Turbulator
• Solid construction featuring full enclosures that surround square heat exchanger cores to optimize air flow
• Multiple tube/fin rows to meet your heat transfer requirement
• Selection of motor type AC (230/460 VAC - 3 phase - TEFC) or hydraulic
• Vertical installation through mounting slots along the enclosure's perimeter or optional horizontal mounting legs
• Maximum operating pressure of 300 PSI
• Maximum operating temperature of 350°F

Hundred Series options include Integrated Pressure Relief Valve for cold start-up and high-flow bypass protection to automatically control pressure surges. Also available are DC motors for our smaller units, protective coatings, core guards for added fin protection, and any other Fin Cool® option. Multi-circuit units are also available.

An optional in-house Ameron® 3-coat protective paint process provides for outstanding chemical and weather resistance. An optional in-house application of a Copon® coating prevents corrosion and discoloration of your unit, and provides an effective protectant against the effects of weather, moisture, salt air, ozone, sunlight, oils, acid fumes, temperature extremes, and galvanic action.

Temp-Troller® Hundred Series are available for ASME and API applications.
